Bill has been a great help in finding and closing on our home(s). I add the "s" because Bill has been helping us since 2012. He helped us sell our home in Mt P in the down market, then became invaluable when we moved back in 2022. Since we were living out of state at the time, Bill was more than gracious in checking on our home construction while we were out of town, sending us update photos, meeting with the builders, and really handling most of this on his own while keeping us up to date. I would recommend everyone to work with Bill on any transaction. He is professional, courteous, respectful of your time and your budget, and he is just an overall great guy to talk with.
